Date Palm Paseo

I currently live in the Paseos at Ontario apartments in a 2BR2BA and have the option to renew my lease before Sept 16 if you’re interested. It would be $1150 for each of us. Your room can fit a queen bed, has a small walk in closet, has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub + shower. The room is unfurnished, the pics are of my current roommate’s setup. There’s very little noise complaints in my apt and the neighbors are all very friendly. Plus there are nice amenities like a built-in wash dryer, covered parking, 2 pools, and a great gym.

I’m a very friendly, calm, quiet, and clean person. I’m going to optometry school, so I’m usually away in clinic or school most of the day and come back to study at night.

I have a little bombay cat named Ms. Baby. She’s very friendly. She gets along with my current roommate’s cat, so if you have a cat, that’s great! I’m originally from Hawaii but I’ve been living in California for a couple years. I also have a bf that lives in AZ and might visit every once in awhile.

Personally, I prefer to room with a female but I might not mind rooming with a couple.
