Davin's room

A private room and bath in a shared waterfront condo. Utilities are not included but come out to around 115 to 130 per person monthly, with some flux depending on the season. Washer and dryer machines in unit. No pets, no smoking, and no couples please. Room and bath are not furnished but the rest of the home is.

One roommate with two cats and a dog. I work an office job, and am pretty clean. I’m generally quiet and don’t typically have people over often. I’d prefer a female/nonbinary roommate who’s also pretty quiet and clean (I have no interest in cleaning up after someone else), and okay with my pets. I own the condo and do my best to continually improve it.
