Brian's room

My name is Brian. A little about myself, I have been in the area for a little over a year, I don’t drink, smoke, or cuss. Pretty much drama free. I have a room available for rent if you want it. Your bathroom will be the shared bathroom on the main level with guest if there are ever guest. Rarely do I have guest. Everyone else in the house have their own bathroom. I live in the Bridgemill Community in Canton, 1 exit from the Woodstock Outlets and 2 exits from Downtown Woodstock. Your rent will only be $1000 including utilities. The room is fully furnished, but I can clear the room out if need be. I can do a short-term lease if need be.

I am a full-time employee with the government and my roommate is a full-time engineer. We both keep to ourselves. We hang out occasionally. I ask that each person keep their area clean. I do require a background check and a credit upon being accepted to live in the residence.
