Candidate must have three (3) references (one work, one family/chosen family, one choice), show last 2 paystubs, be employed and a non-smoker for drug-free home.

Available to Woman Only. Roommate preference: Quiet; prefers quiet and time in room/sunroom; prefers personal time.
Home owner is busy professional and friendly but does not have social time with roommate. Daughter in high school, weeknight routines that require mellow in living room area. We sleep upstairs. We have a Lab/Terrier dog.
