I live in a 5-bedroom, 2-bath home on the west side. This is a great location, walking distance to Bridge St. Market, the library, and many restaurants. Currently, 3 of the bedrooms are occupied by myself and 2 roommates. Two of us are GVSU alumni (working professionals in a creative field), and one is a current student. We are LGBTQ, and tend to be quiet and clean (not partiers). We would love to find one more female roommate who is looking for the same kind of calm, respectful home environment. The lower level has three bedrooms (two are currently occupied by myself and another woman), and we are looking for one more female roommate to take the 3rd bedroom on the lower level.

About the house – newer construction bi-level, the bedrooms and closets are spacious; kitchen and bathrooms all modern. Rent is $570/month. No security deposit needed. Available now! Utilities (not included) are gas, electric, internet, and trash. Split between all of us, the utilities are very reasonable. We cannot have any pets here due to allergies.
