The available bedroom looks into the yard, it is about 10x12 ft with large closet space. It is unfurnished. The apartment is above the garage. The shared living room, kitchen, dining area, open up to the large balcony. Access to the place is through the side gates. Place also includes onsite laundry, AC/heat, dishwasher. Shared utilities (gas/electric, water, and wifi).

Room is available Feb. With the lease the property manager will need credit history, proof of employment/ paystubs, and first month’s rent ($1325) plus security deposit ($1300).

Looking for somebody who is equally reliable, responsible, and easy-going in their late 20’s or early 30’s. As for me, I work for the state as an environmental scientist and work a mixed field and telework schedule. I have a 7ish year old pup, she’s a chill cattle dog mix who is happy to hang out or leave you be.
