1 Roomate, singer likes to makes music and all around peaceful & zen. Works in LA at a crypto startup. Not home most of the time, but the place is very well taken care of. If you would like to make music can engineer for you as well!
Might be moving out soon though so whole place might be available :) Feel free to inquire.
Safe environment and really spacious apartment, there is a great view of dtla and the place is furnished perfectly, maid comes to clean every month
