I stay in a townhouse complex. The room has a queen size bed and an empty closet. No T.V you have to provide your own as well as your own dresser. We share a shower only. Extra half bath downstairs you are more than welcome to have to yourself. Room clean walls wiped every 3 months carpets cleaned same. I do that because my OCD is bad. Your space is yours and I don’t invade it in no way. ONLY MARIJUANA IN MY HOME!!!

It’s just Sequa(MOTHER 34) Daijah(DAUGHTER 13) Diamond/Lulu(DOG 3) I Lyft and Uber early mornings and after my baby go to school. I have a chronic illness but I am very healthy and do everything myself with my daughter. I do cook often and yes you are welcome to eat no extra charge. I do keep my house stocked up for my baby. You can provide your own food the frig can be organized for your things, if I eat things we buy just replace it and it won’t be no altercation cause of it I’m calm about a lot. We are extroverts and introverts. We respect and love all that surrounds us. If you don’t want to deal with my dog I will keep her in my room she only barks when she making a statement lol. She’s me and my daughters protector. My daughter loves to stay in the room all day and play music at anytime she is respectful and mind her manners and loves breakfast food. Just trying to save so we can move out Florida after her school year over.
