I have a room with its own restroom available, walk in closet. The area is pretty quiet, you’d have access to everything & rent price is negotiable!

I am a single mother, so I do have two kids, which kids and kids and they make noise so if you’re okay with that then we can work something out. I work full time and the kids go with their dad on some weekends. There is a gym, pools, washer and dryer in the apartment so pretty much everything you need.
