Finished basement has 1 bedroom, living space and a private bathroom. Must use shared kitchen upstairs. Can be used as an efficiency with a larger closet (current use). Can be furnished for an additional $100/month. Monthly Cleaning service available for $50 (each occurrence).

Occupied by working professionals. All are Veterans, some are geographical bachelors. Sometimes we share meals, watch entertainment, work conversations and respect each other’s boundaries. This is a trusting and peaceful haven, and new member must be also. No drama or rent runners. References will be checked.
