Small bedroom approx. 10×8-ish(I’m guesstimating)😜. 1 person only. You can have a small/med pet🐕🐈🐇🦎🐠🦄 (200 deposit) .. .unicorns deposit free (duh) Shared bathroom. Laundry room in basement. This is an older 2 story duplex in Frenchtown. There is private parking and you will have small storage space in the basement or the shed. Dinning room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and basement all shared…oh and there is like a small weird extra livingroom like all old houses have..lol.🤔 There is a decent size yard but no fence. Rent is 400 a month or 100 weekly plus half the utilities. Utilities are electric-gas-wifi that’s it. Trash -water/sewer included in rent. You can have as many kids and partners you wish… they just can’t stay here…there’s just not enough space. The neighborhood is nice and quiet-older generation. Neighbors look out for each other, not alot going down on this block.

I am a 43 year old single white female. I work at a bar so I get off around 2am ish and am not a morning person. I’m laid back, clean but unorganized and will ask you to call my phone at least once a day because I can’t find it🙄 . I’m looking for a roomate bc I have a room that goes unused and could use the help with bills. Also renting the Xtra bedroom will keep me from adopting homeless drug addicts that rob me blind & refuse to work ….all because I’m always trying to help anyone in need out. If someone is in need and I have it, I will give it up.. even my last. Because I can get it again. I love art, fishing,, cooking, music and to just chill. I work alot… 10 to 12 hour shifts and have a part time side job, so alot of times I’m just home to sleep shower and relax. I enjoy my private space and will give you yours. So that’s that. You need a room. I got a room. Good neighborhood cheap rent and easy to get along with. What more could you ask for?..
