The apartment’s total square footage is around 700 sq. feet; the room for rent is 128 sq. ft. The living room gets great sun exposure (when the sun chooses to come out) due to large windows. There are gorgeous views out those windows; there is also a terrace, wood fireplace, dishwasher, parking spot in uncovered garage, and laundry on-site (4 or 5 steps across the hall). The apartment is carpeted, and the spare bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, small desk, and a filing cabinet currently doubling well as a nightstand. The bed has a new mattress cover on it. There is a large storage unit in the parking garage below (specs available upon request). Close to grocery and other shopping, gas stations, schools, parks, and bus lines (40, D, 28).
