I’m actually trying to sublease my one bedroom/1ba if anybody might be interested. My apartment is located in Fair Oaks right off Fair Oaks Blvd and Sunrise at the 9800 apartments if you’d like to look them up. I’m attempting to move out by October and am looking for singles/couples who are capable of being able to take up the lease; I just signed the 14-month contract one month ago and rent is at 1475, not including utilities. The area is a very good area with gym/pool/dog park provided, decent security during the night, and other amenities. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the listing.
