Pamela's room

I live in a townhome of 2 floors, with a backyard, 2 rooms, a separated garage & 1 1/2 bathrooms. There is also a washer/dryer inside the townhome. There are 2 parking spots which means you will have your own spot. The townhome is close to many stores such as Foodmax, Safeway, a gas station down the street and more.

You will have your own bathroom. We would only share the tub. All bills are included in the $950. This is a month to month lease. The room has a closet but you will have your separate closet in the townhome as well. You will have access to the garage space as well for more storage.

I am 28 years old & I am originally from NYC. I have 4 years living in California. I currently live in Tracy. I work from home during the day and then I work part-time 5xs outside of the house. I am super cautious about COVID, I am calm, clean & respectful. I do not cook much.

I am looking for a roommate because my current roommate is moving out of the state. She is moving on Sept 3rd. But Moving date is negotiable.
