About the room
This is a 3 bed 2 bath with a nice yard. We have a bon fire pit and Grill and a garage for a car if you need. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person and has a bath/shower. The location is wonderful about half mile from campus and close to anywhere you need to go in Lawrence because were right in the middle a block off 23rd and Iowa. The house is always kept clean because everyone picks up after themselves. For utilities it is usually around 120$ to 150$ a month.
About the roomies
I am a Junior at KU studying computer science as well as a part time worker at Dillons down the street. The other roommate is a full-time worker at Dillons. Overall were hella laid back and have a good time but we get our stuff done when its time for work and school.
