We have a spacious private residence available for rent, featuring comprehensive security camera coverage both indoors and outdoors, at a rate of $165 per week. A private bedroom is available for rent in Allentown. This fully furnished private room is located on the second floor of our home. The living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen are shared spaces. This is a five-bedroom, two-bathroom house, and three respectful gentlemen currently reside here. The common areas are equipped with security cameras. This room is exclusively for one male occupant, and we kindly request no visitors or pets. The room rent is $165 per week, due every Friday, and all utilities and internet access are included. To move in, we require two weeks’ security deposit and one week’s rent. Please note that visitors, pets, children, and smoking are not permitted on the premises. If you are unable to adhere to these guidelines, we respectfully ask that you do not inquire about the room. However, if you are seeking a pleasant, tranquil, and clean living environment at a very reasonable cost, please feel free to send us a message about yourself. Proof of income will be required.

This is a private house. I rent the rooms out to 3 other very nice guys. Please understand that this room is just for 1 single male. Also, the only person allowed in the house is the person who’s renting a room. There’s no company allowed
