I just got the lease. The space is currently empty. I am open to making it into whatever we want it to be. We can build/plan the home together. If you have furniture, great. If not, I will go shopping.

So many awesome businesses in the neighborhood. The street is quiet, no rats, tree lined, and peaceful.

My idea was to split the third bedroom with you as a shared office. (or a walk-in closet for your half?) You can do whatever you want with your half so long as it is disruptive to the shared space.

Or,

I can take two bedrooms and give you the entire living room except for a dinner table that will be shared. The living room is big.

I have no specific type of person I am looking for. If we click, we click. I am friendly, good humored, and social. We don’t have to be best friends but an atmosphere of camaraderie would be nice.

A little about me: My name is Johnny. I’m a 40 year old straight male. Native New Yorker who has toured the country and internationally as a performer. I am and have been an artist (music, comedy, acting, writing, sound design, composer for film) my whole life so I am inclined to get along with creatives. That said, in the last few years I have branched out into trading, real estate, and business. So at this point, I can chat with anyone about most things :)

I work from home a lot. But, I am also called out into the field for long stints. I am also prone to long trips. So I may be home for weeks working and sometimes you won’t see me for months.

I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home but I am open to anything with the right person.
