There is room in the basement for some storage. Parking in driveway for 1 car and there is plenty of street parking. House is by Stansbury lake, golf course and pool.

We are not home very much and are looking for a Male or Couple to share the rent. You will have full access to the house except for the garage and our bedroom. We are in our 60s and very active and hospitable. We do have a dog and cat.
