Hi, I’m looking to renew my lease with two new roommates. I’d have the master bedroom therefore paying a bit more for rent. Utilities aren’t included but usually are somewhere between 60/70 a month. The lofts are located right behind the Culver’s so there’s quick access to the village and 84. You and said other roommate would share a bathroom but have your own private rooms. The lease is up Sept 30th so you’d be able to move in Oct. 1st. If you’d like pictures of the rooms please feel free to message me. Bedrooms are unfurnished and depending on the split (between my current roommates), we might be able to decorate and furnish the living room/ kitchen as we please. The landlord is a super chill dude and the neighbors are for the most part quite and respectful. My name is Orion I’m 20 until the 4th of Sept. While there are three people in the house I am the sole person actually on the lease. I have a cat his name is Loki. He doesn’t do well with dogs so no dogs allowed however cats are welcome. I’ve been in Boise for about a year now and have had to quite awful experiences with roommates, and since the two people in the house now aren’t on the lease I’d like for someone to move in who is clean, relaxed, mature and responsible. Like as much as that gets being an adult in our early 20’s.
