Spaul's room

Furnished OR empty room available in quiet neighborhood near crestview and las posas. The pros: whole house privileges sharing with one mature woman. Off street parking, lots of light, and I’m pretty laid back. Cons: older home. No AC in a western facing room. Bathroom is dated but in fair condition. Kitchen is dated and the flooring is old school. Must like cats.

I work from home and my daughter comes by about once a week to hang out. I typically host holiday gatherings with friends and extended family staying at the house. I prefer to rent to a female. No couples. Smoking is fine oustside.
