We have a bedroom available in our clean, all female, very low key household in North Natomas. The room is upstairs and comes unfurnished. The house has a nice backyard patio with a few fruit trees, a large kitchen stocked with dishes, a large pantry and a washer/dryer. The house is located a in a small, quiet cul-de-sac; perfect for someone looking for a quite space to call home. The current roommates are all working professionals and/or full time graduate students; we would ideally like to fill the room with a likeminded roommate.

The bedroom is large enough for a queen sized bed plus a few additional pieces of furniture, and shares a hallway bathroom with one other roommate. The house is located near restaurants, grocery stores, and only a few minutes from I5 and I80.
