This charming townhouse located one mile from Jump Off Canyon trailhead has majestic rock cliff views, 15 minutes from Weber State University, with in proximity of Walmart, OGDEN-Weber Applied Technology College, North Ogden Nature Center, and more. Includes Washer and Dryer, internet, Power, Water, and Gas. Roomie must love cats. No room for more pets.

I am the owner, and renting out spare rooms to responsible professionals. I’m in my 60’s yet have a warm, young outlook that enjoys hiking and walks near the lake. I do the cleaning of bathrooms yet expect that the roomies clean up after using the kitchen. I expect roomies to keep a clean tidy appearance in their room, while most define cleanliness differently, I appreciate a respectful responsibility towards maintaining the room.
