3 bedroom 2 bathrooms home, located in Markham quite well kept modern homes. This is not a rooming house, it’s my home. You will have use of the house kitchen anytime relaxed laid back house. Room has queen size bed , dresser, closet , ceiling fan and a quite view. Parking by the door, security cameras, garage, plenty of lawn, washer and dryer and much more!! It a retired woman. Open minded, sense of humor, enjoy people, but quite meaning I really don’t engage in neighborhood, keep to myself, but a lot of fun! Play cards, sing , cook, barbecue. I do smoke but not heavy and drink occasionally.. Roommate be moving out August 31st. This is not a rooming house! This is my home!
