Okay I need to post again. So I have a 2 bed 2 bath available on September 9th in Milcreek. EVERYTHING WILL BE SPLIT IN HALF These are the prices before being split: Application Fee: $45 One Time Fee: $200 Deposit: $300 Rent: $1400 Utilities: $160 If you have a pet (I have a cat so we would split this as well): $300 deposit and $40 a month per pet

I need someone SERIOUS because I have had 2 people fall through the cracks. No criminal history besides like simple stuff because they will deny you.

The place is called Arcadia Green Apartments. I have to find someone by AUGUST 31ST if I’m going to keep this place and I need to keep it. The place also isn’t for view because someone still lives in the apartment but when you go in to do paperwork the office is the same replica as our apartment. The problem I have run into is that I would need the bigger bedroom but can still only pay half of the rent and utilities because that’s all I can afford. Also I have have stuff that will not fit in the smaller room. So whoever rents would need to be okay with having the smaller room and paying half. There is a pool and workout area.
