Hey everyone! My name is Devynn and I’m a queer UX Design student getting my bachelors in Human Centered Design in the fall. I’m looking for another housemate to fill my 2 bd/1 ba- SUBLEASED apartment in the Lake Merritt/Adams Point neighborhood of Oakland as soon as possible. Rent is $1300 not including utilities, deposit 2x rent. Off street parking and laundry on site.
