Spacious room with window and own closet and bathroom with shower. Surrounded by 3 shopping centers. Off of a Main Street. Quiet and welcoming neighborhood. Near a park. No loud noise after 11pm on weekdays. No parties. Seeking CLEAN AND RESPONSIBLE renter who’s ON TIME when rent due. Need proof of employment. My husband and I are usually in the living room never really in the dining area and go to our room around 10:30pm. Must be ok with our 3 outside dogs.
