Tenant must be somewhat clean. I am not the cleanest nor am I a messiest person. I do wish for you to have respect for the living areas.

Tenant are expected to pay the first month rent, the last month rent, last month utilities, and the security deposit at signing. If you are unable to pay all at ones, we can agree to a monthly payment plan.

Monthly Cost: Rent: $500 Half Utilities Cost: Averages $100

Deposits: Last month rent: $500 Security Deposit: $300 Last Month Utilities: $120

I will be asking for a background check with a credit check. I have a website that will handle the back ground and credit checks. This way we can keep private information private. If you have any question about the site, feel free to ask. Background and credit check is a non-refundable $35.00.

Tenant will need to be an OK around big dogs. I have a 90 pound pit. He’s a very friendly dog that has lived around small children and other animals.

(Optional) Pets are allowed but they need to get along with my dog. There will be a non-refundable $200 pet deposit and an extra $50 added to the rent. The pets must have all shots and house broken. Owner will pay for any damage the pet causes. Smaller animals like birds or garbles are ok but please keep animal & surrounding area clean.
