We’re applying for a 2 bed 1 bath in Clairemont/ Mission bay. It’s at the Coral Bay Apartments https://www.coralbayapts.com/. The room is a little small so probably no couples. You would be living with a cat and an LGBT couple. Laundry on-site. The apt comes with two parking permits. Utilities are not included. New appliances. Gas stove. Microwave. Corner unit, upstairs. Please, no other pets.

We are an LGBT couple with a cat. Serena is a UCSD alumni and Blanca is an undergraduate student. We like to keep to ourselves but are open to making a new friend. We like to have our friends over every once in a while. Serena is from the San Fernando Valley and we visit her family at least once a month. We’re okay with guests, alcohol, and 420. We like to go to the beach and every once in a while the casino. Serena and Blanca are both 25 years old (turning 26 later this year).
