#2 Medium BR with shared BA, walk-in closet in the BR - $800 unfurnished or $850 furnished (includes twin bed, 1 night stand, 1 desk, 1 chair). Allowed 1 person in this BR.

#3 Medium BR with shared BA, walk-in closet in the BR - $800 unfurnished or $850 furnished (includes twin bed, 1 night stand, 1 desk, 1 chair). Allowed 1 person in this BR.

#4 Small BR with shared BA, a closet in the BR - $750 unfurnished or $800 furnished (includes twin bed, 1 night stand, 1 desk, 1 chair). Allowed 1 person in this BR.

Internet, Cable, Trash pickup, and furniture in common areas included in rent. Water, gas, electricity are split between roommates.

Major cross street is Rich Beem Blvd and Zaragoza Rd. Shopping, public transportation.
