Hi! We had plans fall through, so we have a room available in a 3 bd/ 2 bath condo in Newport Beach. Need room filled by September 1st. It’s right by Hoag Hospital and the peninsula. Great price for a great location. Other roommates would be two 27 year old females. To be approved, you must make 3x the monthly rent. Please reach out if interested!!
