Newly constructed house in a gated community. Very close to the 180 highway ramp. My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out a room. You are welcome to use the laundry, living room, and kitchen. You will also be given access to the community pool, but parking will be on the street. The room is unfurnished. We will run credit and background check, everything will be done thru roomies.

My boyfriend and I will be living on the property, in the master room. My boyfriend is gone for work most of the time. I go to Fresno State and work every now and then. I also have a cat, he’s fixed, super sweet, gets along with other cats and usually sticks with me. If I’m in my rooms he’s with me. If I’m in the kitchen he with me then as well. There is one other girl living in the house on upper level, she is very well organized and keeps to her self. She does have a cat which she keeps in her room and is quite as well.
