This lovely house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which offers more privacy and less traffic. This is a furnished room in a furnished house. It’s ready for you to move in!

Pets are welcome! I have a dog and a cat so other anther person who has or loves animals would be a great fit for this house.

I have no problem with your smoking preferences…however smoking is not allowed in the house at all.

Close to Quiet Waters park, Ellen Pip O’Moyer park, Capital SUP and a public dock, newly opened Elktonia beach, and so much more!

There is a large back deck with grill for you to relax and enjoy dinner and a drink al fresco after a long hard day! When the weather gets chilly, the back patio is perfect to have a bonfire!

I am a single young professional (high school teacher) who enjoys being active and exploring various outdoor activities in the DMV and quiet nights at home cooking dinner and then relaxing with a glass of wine and Netflix or going to the park with my dog or working on projects in the yard.
