Private room and bath in an 1,100 sq. ft. 2-BR, 2-Bath apartment in a nice apartment complex at the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers, next to the walking path to Meldrum Bar riverside park and community gardens. 2nd-floor, overlooking golf course and wooded hills. Gym, sauna, and seasonal pool on-site. Room has a private bath and walk-in closet, and is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk, mini-fridge, armchair, blackout curtains.)

Parking & storage option: There is a choice of either a private covered parking space or parking in the garage. And if you need storage space in the garage (shared with me), you could park in public parking spaces in the lot.

Kitchen space and kitchenware will be fully shared.

The vibe in the apartment is peaceful, creative, healthy and homey.

There’s 2 cats. No more animals allowed by management, sorry!

I work full-time in healthcare management at a continuing care retirement community. Mid-life creative, casual musician, community gardener & currently a part-time PCC student. Friends say I’m a “busy person.” I have two large Russian Blue cats, supreme cuddlers and a low-allergenic breed. I cultivate a friendly relationship with roommates, with respect for privacy and introversion.

I am going to be moving into a house later this year, probably in the fall. So, this is a shorter-term rental arrangement.
