Judy's room

Looking for female occupant only. A private bedroom with shared bathroom. Includes ample kitchen cabinet space and furnished common areas (living room, upstairs loft,, washer/dryer, and kitchen (i.e., mini oven, toaster, etc.)). There are lots of street parking in the quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large neighborhood park nearby. Close to all of the shopping plazas (Daiso, Target, Walmart, various banks, gas stations, In n Out, Starbucks, etc.), right by the I5 and close to the I80. A short drive to the airport and 15 minutes from downtown/midtown.

Sorry no pets, we have housemates who have allergies.

We are responsible, respectful of others, and keep to ourselves. We mostly stay in our rooms and come out to use the kitchen.
