About the room
We are looking for a third roommate! We have a room available starting September 1st. Must be able to sign a year long lease. Rent is $660 plus utilities. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at move-in.
Located in the heart of Quechee, we are just a 20 minute drive to Hanover and 15 minutes to Lebanon. There is ample parking and laundry is in-unit.
We are two young female professionals who would prefer another female roommate. Must be cat friendly. Unfortunately this does mean we can’t allow dogs.
Pictures are on the older side so the space is decorated a bit differently now, but layout and space are still the same. Any other questions, feel free to message!
