A furnished and spacious room (10x14) with pond view in a big beautiful house (over 4000 sq ft) will be available on June 5, moving in date is flexible. This room will share a bathroom with a female tenant. It is located at the prestigious Stonebridge Estates Golf Course community of Ann Arbor, a beautiful, quiet, safe, peaceful and well managed subdivision. The community offers a range of amenities, including a Beach Park, Volleyball Courts, swimming, boating and fishing in the ponds…right outside your doorstep.

It closes to everything.

***Ann Arbor Downtown and Univeristy of Michigan only 5.7 mi, 12 minutes driving.

***Meijer, Costco, Target 1.9 mi - 4 minutes driving.

***Easy access to I 94 Highway.

***Ypsilanti 9 mi, 13 min.

***Saline 4 mi, 9 min.

Please note, there is no bus near the house. However, getting into campus/downtown is still convenient if you have a car, using the park-and-ride AATA bus from the state street commuter lot.

In addition, you can drive to Meijer to take the bus to Ann Arbor Downtown and University of Michigan campus and other places. Driving to Meijer is about 4 minutes and parking at Meijer is free. Plus, after working or school, you can buy some groceries from Meijer, then drive home. So if you have a car, this is kind of a perfect place to live.

The rent is $800 which includes parking, WiFi, lawncare, snow removal, all utilities, except the bill from the DTE which is about 60ish per month on average.

You will share a bathroom with a lady who is very clean and friendly. The house is very big and rooms are not board to board, every tenant has a private space.
