The community offers a range of amenities, including a Beach Park, Volleyball Courts, swimming, boating and fishing in the ponds…right outside your doorstep.

Please note, there is no bus near the house. However, you can drive to Meijer to take the bus to Ann Arbor Downtown and University of Michigan campus and other places. Driving to Meijer is about 4 minutes and parking at Meijer is free. Plus, after working or school, you can buy some groceries from Meijer, then drive home. So if you have a car, this is almost the perfect place to live.

The rent is $800 which includes all utilities, parking, WiFi, lawncare, snow removal.
