Private extra-large bedroom in Furnished extra-large bedroom in immaculate modern 1.5-year-old Ence home located in the area of the Ledges. The room is a perfects space for professionals. 360 degree views of mountains and red rock cliff’s. Hiking , running and biking trails accessible within walking distance and also just minutes away by car. 40 minutes from Pine Valley and 1 hour from Zion. <5 mi from stores, but you get the feel of living out of the city.

MORE BEDROOM INFO: The room is a perfect space for a professional or long term stay. Minimum 1 month stay. It is equip with an adjustable mattress bed, nightstand with plug and usb port and outlet plug, large smart TV on a swivel wall mount, inviting recliner, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, small desk and office chair and a breathtaking mountain view and red rock views. Ample storage including standard closet with sliding doors, organizers, bins and shoe rack and separate under-bed container. If you don’t see the recliner and desk in the picture’s they will be there soon. they are on order. PARKING: garage space BATHROOM: your own private bathroom right next to your bedroom.
KITCHEN: almost like private. Just share with the owner who is just 1 person. PETS: no pets. But owner does have a small little dog that doesn’t shed and is very friendly.
PRIVACY: very private room/home. Quite single story new neighborhood In the Ledges area. You will get the house to yourself a lot of the time since the owner and dog do travel.
LAUNDRY: sink and storage coming soon. shared just with the owner. Laundry detergent is provided.

Just myself and my dog. She is a little dog that doesn’t shed and is very friendly. We are not always in town. But when we are I work from home so I am in my home office pretty much all day. I love to run and hike which is all right by.
