The townhouse is a 2 story home with a patio, full kitchen, living & dining room and 2 garages for parking. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with washer/drier access. It’s a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood, walking distance to Montana ave with great shops, cafes, Whole Foods and Target. Not a far walk to the bluffs by the beach. 2 rooms will be available on September 23.

I am an artist and big nature lover. I work full time in Santa Monica in expressive arts for child development and therapy. I enjoy art and exploring different art forms, love nature walks or any activity in a forest or park, cultural and human development studies, binge watching a good drama / romcom, and good conversations.

I like to keep the home tidy enough that it feels like a good exhale to those who come in - relaxing, cozy and comfortable. I am easy going, easy to talk to and considerate of other people’s space & preferences. Community dinners, arts or crafts, games, sports and outings with friends or roommates are a gift that I appreciate deeply.

My roommates are moving out of LA so I’ll be the only one left in our home, with 2 private rooms to fill. Hoping to find lovely, easy going people to share this home with.
