Kyle's room

This is a 3 bed 2 bath house off 7th & Termino. It has a very long driveway, backyard with a swing, grill and plenty of room for activities and entertaining, and garage where a there’s a bit of storage available for you. Washer and dryer on site. The house is well equipped, so you’ll really only need to furnish your room. But we can certainly sort out incorporating your belongings in the common areas if needed. Your room is 17’x9.5’, has a large window and separate floor AC installed to get the room nice and cold.
This is a 3bd house, but the 3rd bedroom is used as my office. Although we don’t share a bathroom, yours is next to the living room and may occasionally be used by a guest when entertaining. The chick who’s moving out of your room is moving to the studio behind the garage. So we could arrange for you to meet as well if you’d like to ask her about me/the place and get to know our neighbor :) No cigarette smokers please.

I moved here from NY to go to CSULB and stayed in LB after graduating because I love it here so much! I have an art curating business and WFH when not out and about for work. I like to cook but also enjoy eating out and the occasional taco tues or happy hour. My life is pretty active and I have maybe too many hobbies, such as tennis, surfing, skating, photography, painting/creative endeavors, woodwork, etc. I don’t usually stay up too late or have people over much during the weekdays and like to spend weekends working on projects, seeing friends and enjoying the outdoors.
