I am looking for a new housemate to join my place. Rent is $1100 a month including utilities, and free breakfast and dinner! You will own furnished private room and shared restroom and other areas.

Our house is near bitter lake, and there are three bus stops near by(E, 5, 40). It takes 15 to 20 mins to Shorline community college and North seattle college, also 25 mins to Seattle downtown by bus.

We are living with around 9 people and 4 cats. The housemates are all students or young professionals except the host. The host cooks breakfast and dinner every day, and we usually play board games after dinner, go other places in seattle to hang out, and have party sometimes.

I’ve been living this house for 3 years since people are very nice, free foods, and I prefer living with people and never felt lonely at all, also I can hang out with cats.
