A 3-bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in NorthEast Fort Collins. Less than five minutes from a city bus stop(route 14). Close access to I-25. You would have two bedrooms and your own full bathroom on the second level. Small laundry room w/washer & dryer on main floor. Some garage storage. Utilities split 50/50(average $80/month). There is a back patio w/a grill. No pets allowed. No smoking.

We are a married couple in our 30’s. We have lived here in Fort Collins for 5 years. We don’t have children (pets included lol). We both work in retail full time during the day. In the evenings, we like to spend our time cooking/baking, playing video games, or crying over Disney movies. We enjoy a drink or two and spending time with friends; but respect an introverted spirit. We like to keep the shared spaces clean.
