Looking for one roommate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Currently there are 3 occupants; myself, my GF Jackie, and Matt.
The house is 5 minutes south of MSU campus and 8 minutes south of the center of town, so commuting to class or work is really easy.
The available bedroom is on the 2nd floor, is a comfortable size (11ft x 13ft), easily fits a single or queen bed, plus space for desk and storage. The room also comes with a 12 foot long closet. We’ve painted and replaced flooring in Q2 2026. Kitchen and laundry have top of line LG equipment new in 2023. There is off-street parking, one space per occupant.
In terms of utilities the house is served by its own well and septic tank, at no cost. Highspeed (800MB/sec) Internet and trash are included in the rent payment. Gas and elec are NOT included in the monthly rent as they are variable, but will be split equally by all 4 occupants. Gas & elec range from ~$100/m summer and ~$300/m Jan- Mar. Occupants are all expected to pitch-in together to keep the kitchen clean, take out the garbage, plow the snow and water the landscaping.
What makes this home special for me is that it sits on an acre of land, with a creek, a family of deer and plenty of other wildlife. Its in a quiet tree shrouded friendly neighborhood with great mountain views and really easy proximity to MSU and Bozeman center. The deck is great for relaxing and there is comfortable space for onsite parking. I’ve installed all new kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, new 56“ TV, hi-speed ~Gigabit Internet service, new wood and carpet floor covering. Am planning more upgrades during this summer.
We use the standard, latest version of the Montana Landlord Association lease. We’re looking for a minimum 12 month commitment, but that is extendable, either month by month or annually.

I’ve just completed my third year of college, 3.5GPA, studying business. I work part time in property development. My GF works FT and (Mat is 23 and works in construction. In his free time he enjoys skiing, dirt biking and wrenching his vehicles. I enjoy fishing, hunting and hiking.
