Hey, I am looking for a person or two who can take the master bedroom and bathroom for 980-1000 USD. Air conditioner for each room personally and in unit laundry and dryer. The apartment is less than 2mins away from Lorry Student Center, csu transit center and is right infront of college of business. Can literally leave 10mins before classes even during winters. Gas , Electricity, Wifi, Water supply and other utilities is already set up by me. Bonus- First two months utilities will be paid by me, after that we will split up the utilities.

I am a computer science graduate at colorado state university and am currently working in machine learning research and prefer calm and mature roommates. I do know good cooking and can make quite a lot with good company.
