Hello! I’m looking to rent out a room in the apartment I’m currently renting. I’m looking for a roommate that plans to stay til the end of the lease (May 31st, 2023). The room is private with your own closet as well as a private bathroom. The rest of the apartment is pretty well furnished so if you’ve only got stuff for your room/bathroom that works great! Apartment is comfortable, modern, and quiet. Property is non-smoking/drugs and no pets. Rent is $897.50 + utilities (price of utilities fluctuates throughout the year). Ideally I’m looking for another woman close in age to rent with:) (The last few photos are of the room and bathroom you’d be renting).

You’d be sharing the apartment with me! I work from 7-3 Mon-Fri. When I’m not at work I like to exercise, hang with friends/family, cook, and spend time outdoors. I’m a social gal and love getting to know new people but I also appreciate having time to rest and recharge too. I’m a respectful and courteous roommate. Let’s chat and see if we’d be a good fit!:)
