Active household with 3 generations; Nana, Mom, Dad, kiddo and a cats. Love co-habitation. Medical Marijuana outdoors ok, no other smoking. Small room with private bathroom. Laundry is in your space, so must keep “open” hours. 2 living areas, lanai, huge yard, big oak trees. Luxury mattress bed, nightstand, and own linen closet, private entry if needed through garage.

Nana, Wanda, is retired and works part time. Mom, Crystal, is looking to downsize to part time because she’s also a full time student. Dad, Steve, tends bar at a hotel, so works until 11pm. The cat is human oriented non violent, she doesn’t like other cats and we’re unsure about dogs. We’d likely get a 2nd fridge if you’re big cookers. We all cook too.
