Steamboat Springs Avenue

Hello, I’m looking to move out of my room at Redpoint. I love the house but have found a studio. The rent comes with wifi, water, trash, sewage, parking. You only need to pay for electric. It is a 3 bed, 3.5 bathroom. The room comes with furniture such as a bedframe, dresser, table, desk, and your own walk in closet and private bathroom. The rest of the house is also furnished. I would have the place cleaned up for you and ready for you to move in. Redpoint is very accommodating and would need you to only fill out an application to take over mine, no security deposit or application fee either. It’s also has a close bus stop if you need that! It’s a pay by room so you are not liable for any damage besides yours and because of this it is only one person per bed. This has to be a student from within the area, Redpoint is student housing only!

One of my roommates is 26 and the other is 23. Caring, responsible, good hearted, and like to go out downtown but will also keep to themselves when needed to. I care for them a lot and know you will like them too! Preferably they would want a female to be in their 20s to be living with us
