Room for 2 people. The price of 1 room is 1500$ or 750$ per person. Utilities included, Wi-Fi enabled, cleaning included. No additional fees. The minimum rental housing is a month. Sorry, but no dogs or cats. No parties, just a quiet environment in the house. Silence in the house after 10 PM is the main rule of joint and comfortable living.The room is occupied by 1 or a maximum of 2 people. The rooms are fully furnished and ready for a comfortable stay. The house also has a washing machine, dishes including pots and pans, a microwave oven, an oven, a kitchen stove, a kettle, tea and coffee. Clean bed linen is provided along with a pillow, towel and a blanket free of charge. The room also has clothes hangers and a clothes dryer. We care about your comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the house and safe living, so if you violate the rules described above, fines will apply and eviction is also possible if they are violated again.
