Sage's room

Great medium size bedroom with full size private bathroom. Flat screen tv, full size bed, closet and desk(if needed). My home is single family and 1 acre of outside landed. Only requires to keep clean and no smoking. Limited guest and require permission. Quiet area, walking distance to fast food, shopping, septa, restaurant and big park. Guest is allow to use game room, washer and dryer, kitchen and living room. Not allowed to use the other 4 bedrooms. Utilities are negotiable. (You pay for what you use). Transportation is provided on certain days. Free parking, driveway fits 10 cars. I have a shed for rent for storage addition and outdoor fire pit and grill feel free to use. Just one adult and toddler lives in home. I am friendly, outgoing and neatly tidy person. My child is good and quiet. We don’t be home half the days and weekends.
