Renting a beautiful furnished room with a lot of light in a gorgeous 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms house with a huge backyard with washer & dryer in unit. The rent is $1’300 + $200.- utilities (which includes cleaning lady twice a month, yaaaay! Internet, gas, water, power, sewer, trash and weekly landscaping)

It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood between Culver City & Downtown LA. Residential area with lots of free street parking. LA metro, CVS at a 2 min walk. Ralph 3 min away, Target 5 min away.

Looking for monthly or ideally long term rental.
