With marble and stone floors a spiral staircase and gold swing chairs in the living room. Living here makes you feel like you have fallen down a rabbit hole. The house is located in Hermitage off of I-40, 15 minutes from downtown and close to lots of shopping. The Room and house are completely furnished and ready to be moved into. Rent is $900 a month with utilities being a flat 100 a month. Looking for women renters only. No pets (there are already 2 cats in the house)

I am a private homeowner who works from home. The other two girls in the house are incredibly sweet.
